TROSA project funded by SIDA/Oxfam and implemented by RUWDUC has succesfully conducted “Leadership Training ” with Women Empowerment Centers and Social Mobilizers representatives from TROSA riverain communities of Darchula, Baitadi, Dadeldhura and Kanchanpur and four district partners (SANKALPA, Darchula, RUDES, Baitadi, RUWDUC, Dadeldhura and NEEDS, Kanchanpur) The training was conducted at Hotel Sorai, Dhangadhi, Kailali from 21-23 November 2019. The main purpose of the training was to enhance the capacity of the Social Mobilisers
and the WEC representatives in terms of leadership in advocating for their rights.L
