The third episode is an interaction with Mr. Khagendra Bahadur Singh, Chairperson Ward No. 6, Parshuram Municipality, Dadeldhura. Mr. Singh reflects about the challenges the riverine communities esp women and marginalized communities face. He added about the important role of the Women Empowerment Centre in raising the voices of Women at the basin level. He emphasized upon the support from the Ward Office to the Centers and commitment in days to come. He said the Women members use to feel shy to raise their issues before this project. After the implementation of the TROSA project the WECs have been a good medium for women to raise their voices related with income generation activities, early warning system, vocational training, etc. The members of the WECs also spoke about their challenges in the community. Their common approach through the WECs regarding lobbying for Sand mining guideline, sanitation plan, Water quality tests, public campaigns, lobbying for income generation activities have also been shared in the episode.
